gah .. i have been bad.. bad.. bad.. and Deneen reminded us this week how bad we have been .. i confess.. i have been busy or i have jus tcompletely had my head up my ass the past couple weeks.. so today.. foodie friday get a recipe .. dammit.. and that way deneen can quit tapping her foot and giving me dirty looks LOL....

frozen fruit of choice
a little lime juice..
some rum..
ice
whipped cream .. or whatever you wanna garnish ..
in a blender throw in a handful of ice.. a handful of frozen fruit, a good glugg of rum..and a dash of lime juice.. blend til smooth .. pour in a festive glass.. garnish however you want

I wanna try the lava flow one. It's basicly a pina colada but you put frozen strawberries (thawed) on the bottom of the glass. hehehehee

Or, if you want to svae a few steps, put some ice in a galss, add lots of Rum, and sit some fruit by the glass.
Guess I just have a more direct approach to drinking. But we can still share a toast.

Now that is a good recipe! We need to have a strictly mixed drink recipe day sometime. Make a few pretty drinks, grab a good buzz, then just turn up the bottle...LOL
